Blyve TTS may update these terms from time to time. The newest version becomes effective when it is posted on this page unless stated otherwise.

Blyve TTS is provided to help Discord communities turn text into speech for announcements, shared content, and other lawful communication needs.

You are responsible for the content you enter, play, share, or store through Blyve TTS.

You may not use Blyve TTS to create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful to others.

You may not try to interfere with the system, exploit bugs, bypass usage limits, automate access without permission, or disrupt Blyve TTS operations.

Some features may require a Discord account or permissions for the bot to operate in your server. You are responsible for managing access and configuration inside your own server.

Blyve TTS may suspend or end access if we detect abuse, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

Blyve TTS is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

We may change, add, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to improve the product, protect the system, or meet operational needs.

If Blyve TTS offers paid plans, pricing, limits, and benefits will be shown where you sign up or complete payment.

You are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase. Any refund policy, if available, will be stated at the time of transaction or in related documentation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blyve TTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

You agree that you are responsible for how you use audio content generated by Blyve TTS in your server, community, or any third-party platform.
